Zingy piece here, I'm inspired.

This guy told me to come here and listen to this.

THAT Someone compared my chiptune music to yours, not fair to compare I think. As each piece is always different from each other.

Oh well, at least I only used chip generated sounds....jackass...

Anyways, love this track and sorry for my negativity, my day didn't go well, later.

kjhsdgf responds:

yeah, people think all chip is alike, and i'm all like naw.
all of my sounds are manipulated chip sounds :3
thanks for the comment though, jack

Calm intensity

I feel like I'm watching warriors marching into battle while listening to this. The bass isn't all really boring, but it kinda is. The climatic build functions correctly, there's no climax afterwords though. But that's just my view, I'm definitely not a dubstep expert >.>

Prodigal responds:

LOL.

I didn't think anyone would ever come back to this, but whatever. I'm no dubstep expert either, this was ujst a failed attempt.

It's missing something ineed

It sounds like a nice pad or ambient strings playing softly as it goes on while supporting the chords progression of the lead.

Even though it doesn't continue playing "continually" it's an awesome loop and still sounds good to listen over and over, again and again.

Prodigal responds:

thanks xD

This FLP is still on my old computer, I might pick it up and finish it eventually. I'll try to add in whatever it's missing and make it an omgzorz awesome epik sawng.

wow

I love it, I just simply love it.

Echo responds:

I love the fact that you love it. It makes me feel better you know?

Tks for the review!

The whole thing is Epic

I don't know what everyone's problems are.

mr-vincent responds:

lol, me 2. I could try to redo it longer and i think they will close their mouth with thei "3" and "5".... Thanks

Funny

It isn't silence I'm hearing...it's something better.

Firefreezer responds:

Okay, thanks for that! :D

Building

It's like you've built an assault tower to shoot explosive teddy bears against the zombies to help you sleep better at night.

It's a very violent and vigorous piece, as transitions twise and pound from one to the other and to calm to disturbed. The electronic twists sound very complex, a fan of Intelligent Dance Music would go berserk over this.
This song is pretty damn sexy.

I hope someone makes an epic animation to it sometime, who knows, if I get 5 weeks time to sneak in animating non-stop after work and school I think I could do it :o

InvisibleObserver responds:

Funny that several people said this was 'vigorous' after you. They be plagiaramarising your ideas. Off with their heads, head phones and all.

So that's what your voice sounds like

It's not bad, composed pretty good too.

I'm going to mess with this since you uploaded it to newgrounds :D
credited of course.

2tailedknight responds:

awesome ^W^

Advice

I'm very positive that this is quite old now, but it's still good.

Like mentioned before, some Mastering would be good.
On the other note, compression would be good in the master channel to prevent that overdrive distortion from the piano.

You've utilized the Fruity Slayer Very well in this one.

As far as repetitiveness, variations of the same melody tend to work if you're not too tedious about it.

2tailedknight responds:

yes this is old and the compression idea is indeed a very good one.

now if i'm right that's the "fruity limiter" right? the one that makes it not overdrive?

let me know and thank you very much for your critique

Composition

The Compositions and transitions are very very good. The choices of instruments are not extravagant but they bring the jungle colors, you might say.

The clicking from the drum set is a bit high, or perhaps too sharp, you might look into having a subtle reverb put on the drums to prevent it from being too "sharp" ,but you don't want too much damping or diffusion( if these nobs are available ) because you want to keep the element drums make a song feel.

With that on note, there could be a few Mastering things done. I'll leave you to discover those things someday simply because, well, there's endless things you can do with proper, professional and experimental mastering.

2tailedknight responds:

hello again. i use the 200$ version of FLstudio and yes i did actually purchase it lol.

now reverb, i've never really understood what it does, but i will try to mess with it.

as with the clicking, well i actually have a very hard time with drums. i BS it very badly ^^;;;

thank you very much for the critique

I draw pinups, tomgirls, and the occasional smut. I make music for fun. No Requests.
(This account is stupid old & you can find stupid old edgy stuff on it. Go easy on me.)
