But I still have the balls to scroll down and wright that I like it.
The snare is adds a nice touch. kinda rolls about.

I watched some of the Maplestory Anime for educational purposes, This song reminds me of that.

the beginning is good

but some atmospheric melody strings would do the trick around the end.

This reminds me of, The Postal Service
It's kinda genre-less, but it does fit ambient or atmospheric genres both.

Lacks dynamics in the main synth. Try to vary the notes to louder and quieter as it plays it's rhythm.
The presence of the bass is a little overwhelming.
Some decay would bring out a little more flavor in the bass.

If you could fix that problem, I'm sure the song could be pretty awesome.
My best guess is that your bass or bass drum is drowning everything out. it sounds like you have a compressor, but everything is under the same channel.

What software are you using?
I'll try to come up with a solution.

Out of the gutter.

It starts to sound really good as the song progresses. It's like one of those old computer games from the 1990's, they use the music to give off bizarre effects to the animation being played.
The rumbling could be the title of the game rolling down onto your screen as the dimmed screen becomes visible.
If you think about it, it's just like perfects for one of those old games.
Even though you say it sounds like utter shit, it's still not completely bad. I'm actually wishing it was longer myself.

The song isn't cutting edge, but it's still quite excellent.
I rated it based on my personal listening experience rather than what I thought of it while analyzing it. hope you don't mind xD

I fiddled around with different programs for a year in a music theory / composing class. I never really had a main program till I bought FL studio.

It lacks a little bit of climax, but it's perfect for a revving song, getting everyone pumped up.
