Minor Things

First a question, do you always drench your guitar playing pieces in reverb? It's not a big issue, BUT, I'd like to hear some pieces without a total drench over from reverb.

Don't get me wrong, I like this song, it's just... well.... Like I said. Just too much reverb.

Country Lights.

Very unusual from the DnB I've been taught to listen to and make. It's somewhat chill.
And like most of your music the pads walk along nicely. Doesn't really fit a City tone type Atmosphere.
It's more like when you drive your car through fog at past sunset clouds. When the country hills are all around you, and the sky is full of gray and purple swirls. The windmills surrounding the hill. As the sky grows dim, the grass grows gray.
The air is heavy with moisture.

Good job with your voice, it blends in very well. Good job with that.

I tried voting, got the "you have already voted" pop up. I guess someone in the same apartment was listening to this ^^

I'll keep in mind that I need to try this kind of DnB sometime.

Thanks for the review man :)

Awesome progression

It moves from soft to harder and harder nicely.
however it could use some more dynamics in volume starting from the beginning for a better first impression.
Things like that make your music more promising as they develop.

but yeah, I like this the way it is too.

please comment and stuff?

It's not even long enough to say anything other than you should put more time into it and finish it.

blaaaaarg, I must hear the finished version you tease!

moobella responds:

Oh sorry :/ I just love getting feedback. And thanks for reviewing! :) And I will try to finish it in the next week....

Respect

The melody is superb, it flows along so well together.
The hiphop feel is very name.

would be excellent for a tower style game or animation!

These songs...

They're simplistic, but ironically would be awesome for mixing up. If I ever figure out how to properly script a game without the last stage triggering the game over scene, or the jumping into the bottom of a platform making you shoot like a friggin rocket outside the map.

Then yes, I honestly would love to use this in it.

I'm starting to be reminded of Yume Nikki

The aliens are abducting my pets!

aaaaah!

(or that's what it sounds like to me)

your music has a strange tone

It always seems to remind me of misc games I used to play, like your 5th is like runescape.
This one is like....some old king quest game. I don't really remember.

But it's not bad music for an older style game.

Raymoclaus responds:

Thanks, that's my intention.

Very Subtil

The melody is alright-ish, as an actual listening piece out of a video game, it's not a very good piece.

It however would be good for something like, That looooong Dark Hallway before the final Boss!

I like it.

Groovy

It has an awesome ambient build up while the groove gets going.
Nice sound selection.

The beat varies from here to there to wherever, it's a little refreshing.

Wait, home alone 3? they made more after the first?

DISTRIX responds:

Yeah, I think there are 4 Home Alone movies lol.

I draw pinups, tomgirls, and the occasional smut. I make music for fun. No Requests.
(This account is stupid old & you can find stupid old edgy stuff on it. Go easy on me.)
